This Shipping Policy outlines how Menovelle handles order processing, shipping times, costs, and delivery for both domestic and international customers.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Within the United States
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Carriers: Premium carriers such as FedEx and UPS
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are designed to be transparent and affordable:
- 1-Bottle Orders: $9.99 flat-rate shipping
- 3-Bottle Orders: $9.99 flat-rate shipping
- 6-Bottle Orders: FREE shipping within the United States
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Europe.
- Delivery Time: 8–15 business days (plus customs clearance)
- International Shipping Fees: Apply based on destination — calculated at checkout
- Customs & Duties: The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or the relevant international carrier) to monitor your shipment's progress.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Menovelle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed (due to absence, refusal, or an invalid address) and the package is returned to us, you may be charged a reshipment fee to send the order again.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Menovelle is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend that customers:
- Have packages delivered to a secure location
- Use a delivery option that requires a signature for high-value orders
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages
If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@menovelle-product.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays or operational disruptions
- Customs processing for international orders
- Public health emergencies (such as COVID-19)
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Restricted Countries
Some countries may have restrictions on importing dietary supplements. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that Menovelle can be legally imported into their country before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@menovelle-product.com. We can cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our 60-day refund policy.
