Every order of Menovelle is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the product for any reason, you can request a full refund — even if the bottles are partially used or completely empty.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer support team at contact@menovelle-product.com within 60 days of your purchase date.
- Include your order number, full name, and shipping address used on the original order.
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the bottles (used, unused, or empty) to the return address provided.
- Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
What Is Refunded
Your refund covers the full purchase price of the product. Please note:
- The original shipping cost (where applicable) is refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- It may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

- You must return all bottles from the order, including empty ones

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Subscription Note
Menovelle is sold as a one-time purchase. We do not offer auto-billing subscriptions, so you will not be charged after your initial order.
